2024 Winter Seasonal Registration

Thank you for your interest in joining Special Olympics Tennessee's 2024 Winter Season. This form aims to facilitate the connection to a team/coach and ensure our records are current. We kindly request that ALL athletes and unified partners looking to participate in the Fall Season complete this form. It's important to note that this form does NOT serve as your Athlete Application for participation. If you are new to Special Olympics, or need to renew your Athlete Application (valid for three years from the exam date), you can find details on completing an Athlete Application on our Become an Athlete page.
