Remembering or recognizing a special friend with a contribution to charity is one of the most special gifts you can make.
Memorial Gifts are most often made to recognize the life and memory of someone recently deceased. More often than not, it is at the direction of family members in lieu of sending flowers to the funeral.
Less often, but equally meaningful, memorial gifts are used to recognize the anniversary of the death of a loved one, letting others know you have them in your thoughts at what is often a difficult time.
Recognition Gifts range from the celebration of birthdays, wedding anniversaries, religious holiday gifts, special “life” events, and even the births of children. Recognition gifts leave ample room for creativity, and we’ll go the extra length to create a letter to the recipient based on your ideas. Give us your own letter, and we’ll include it with ours.
Each contributor is sent a note of thanks and acknowledgement. Each recipient is sent a letter notifying them of your special memorial or recognition. The amount of your gift is never revealed.
